RETURN POLICY.

We want you to love your setup. If you receive your SORTUX tray and it isn't the right fit for your table, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return:

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition with all parts included (tray, tower (if applicable), magnets, pencil, spare parts and paper inserts). Please ensure it is packed in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, to guarantee that your returned item was delivered.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
